Meridian Loyalty was originally developed as Loyalty Edge from American Express. The concept involved white-labeling Epsilon loyalty technology with the strategy and client management done solely through American Express.
While our team’s primary responsibility was on the technical platform side with catalog management and loyalty redemption facilitation, we also offered up a range of strategy, Digital UX/ Design and operational support throughout the life of the engagement. The platform had 16 SaaS based partners that were integrated into our core stack. This included redemption vendors, SSN, DMP and infosec (PII/ fraud management) components as well.
Clients included a range of Fortune 500 brands with a specific focus on Financial Services. These included Delta Air Lines (with the AMEX Co-Brand relationship), Fifth Third Bank, Wells Fargo, Pentagon Federal Credit Union, BarclayCard US, FNBO, FedEx and American Express products Blue Cash and Blue Sky. Each client had a unique set of audience needs, brand guidelines and technical/ security requirements that had to be met by our team.
