Distributed marketing email platform development and operational support
Charles Schwab relies heavily on relationships in driving its marketing and operational communications to prospects and customers alike. We were engaged to develop a distributed marketing platform that could work effectively for a diverse range of users including the Financial Advisor sales teams, operations and customer service.
The Epsilon Harmony email platform was used to manage all of the database and communications facilitation needed to drive this process. But we had to create a custom user interface to enable the distributed marketing model work most effectively as between the various groups of Schwab there were more than 700 different marketing templates to choose from.
The end result was a framework that delivered email, mass print and local print options to the majority of Charles Schwab frontline employees. This program drove tremendous results for the company as they were able to replicate the personalize feeling of 1:1 communications while also providing professionally created marketing materials.
