American Express has a diverse range of products which drive a large number of different marketing campaigns and communication programs. But one thing is always paramount, they are a premium brand with a discerning clientele, so every marketing tactic has to be well written, elegant and deliver the right message to its intended audience.
To ensure an honest semblance of CX for each audience, campaign integration initiatives involved partnering with a collection of other agencies/ vendors to complete a seamless client experience. To get this right, the strategy and brand guidelines had to be fully understood from the start. Whether we were leading these initiatives directly or just doing a part for certain channels of the campaign execution, we always strived to think beyond the ask to see the bigger picture.
