Ameriprise Financial has a complex marketing ecosystem which they use to get communications out to their prospects and clients. Roughly half of their Financial Advisors are independent and there are many different product teams who have different communication needs.
Using Epsilon Harmony, Ameriprise is able to generate their diverse collection of marketing email messages to their prospects and customers with minimal resources dedicated to the task. Epsilon creates and refreshes email templates as needed but the actual campaign management is all within the client organization.
As the programs have matured and more data is available to assess their performance, we’ve been able to provide robust strategic support in relation to executing higher performing campaigns. This is especially true of deepening programs driven from new customer acquisition and welcome efforts. These programs have driven significant results and led to even more innovation within the program going forward.
